Frank's fitness journey began in high school when he started playing football and training in martial arts. An ankle injury very early on halted his football career, but upon recovery he decided to focus on Taekwondo. He later competed at various state and national competitions and placed 1st in some of his divisions. It was in football and martial arts where he got his first experience in training methods including weight lifting, power, speed, and agility training. After working at a boutique fitness and sports performance facility for one and half years, his skills and knowledge became even more refined. He became certified in speed and agility, program design, and sports nutrition. After the COVID lockdowns bankrupted the gym he was working at, he began doing online programs for people and doing pop up training outdoors. He currently focuses on adult strength training for performance, longevity, and body fat burning. You can book a call to find out more about that. Furthermore, he also trains youth sports teams in speed and agility (including soccer, flag football, & lacrosse, etc.) Certain other training styles that he utilizes includes boxing, kickboxing, high intensity interval training, and power training.
